Tommy’s passion is creating culture and growing leaders to generate profit growth. Following 10 years of service as an Army Officer, he amassed 20+ years of success stories with industry-leading companies, predominately in plastic/paper converting and glass recycling. He was the COO of Milano Hat Company and the VP of Operations for Strategic Materials, the North American leader in glass recycling.

Tommy’s broad industry experience and triumphs across all aspects of business—sales and marketing, operations, consulting, and financial services—make him exceptionally competent to lead our team as President of Pioneer Recycling Services.

Tommy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Management from The United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master’s Degree in Education from The University of Georgia.
