Don has worked in a variety of capacities in the Recycling Industry for several decades beginning with Weyerhaeuser Recycling in Washington where he has focused on project engineering and maintenance for over 25 years. He joined Pioneer as Maintenance & Engineering Project Manager in 2015 and has been an integral part of every improvement project at both plants ever since. He brings a wealth of knowledge and hands on experience to his role at Pioneer Recycling.
